Are you passionate about ensuring guest safety and providing exceptional service? We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to become a Lifeguard / Swim Teacher at the Hillgrove hotel &Spa, part of The iNUA Collection. Flexibility required to work weekday & weekend shifts as required.
As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests at the pool and other aquatic facilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Lifeguard & Swim Teache certification from a recognised authority.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
• Prior experience as a lifeguard preferred but not required.

• Monitoring swimming activities to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety.
• Teaching swim lessons as required
• Enforcing pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Responding promptly to emergencies and administering first aid or CPR as needed.
• Conducting routine inspections of the pool area and equipment to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
• Providing excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and concerns.
