- Uphold Quality Assurance standards in all activities

- Safeguard patient confidentiality and manage laboratory supplies

- Facilitate equipment maintenance and ensure safety compliance


Requirements:


- Must possess WHMIS training

- Preferred prior laboratory experience in Hematology

- Experience handling biohazardous materials essential

- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting

- Registered Laboratory Assistant certification is optional
