ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Lifestyle Assistant, you’ll support the delivery of engaging activities and individual programs that promote social connection, emotional wellbeing, and enjoyment for our residents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, deliver, and review lifestyle activities that meet individual resident needs
• Facilitate group and one-on-one programs
• Welcome and assist new residents with their transition
• Advocate for residents and respond to feedback or concerns
• Monitor participation and maintain accurate documentation
• Work collaboratively with clinical and care teams
• Maintain safe, respectful, and inclusive spaces for residents
• Contribute to team meetings, WH&S compliance, and quality standards
