Carpenter Court is seeking an experienced and passionate Lifestyle Assistant with a background in aged care who is committed to best care outcomes for our residents. ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently seeking a bright, happy, kind and enthusiastic person to join our team in the role of Lifestyle Assistant at our Carpenter Court Aged Care Centre, our residential aged care centre is located at a prime spot directly opposite the Merewether Beach, the centre enjoys open sea breeze, majestic views and we are only 10 minutes away from Newcastle CBD. This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of recreational programs for our residents to promote their psychological, social, and physical wellbeing. ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role you will have: An understanding, empathy, appreciation and the ability to promote the Christian values and ethos of The Salvation Army.
