Description Brief: The Lifestyle Concierge is responsible for increasing company revenue through future cruise and boutique sales. Promote the Emerald/Scenic Cruises loyalty program, host entertainment and ensure guest satisfaction. Act as concierge for guests and assist with additional ship duties where required. Minimum Requirements: Previous experience with luxury or ultra-luxury cruise ships. Previous sales experience. Have worked in a similar role on board a cruise ship before.
