You will have the opportunity to: Create a holistic lifestyle program that applies the values of person-centered care Tailor activities to meet the resident's cognitive and physical abilities and encourage resident choice and participation in individual and group activities. Responsibilities

As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will create and implement holistic lifestyle programs tailored to residents' needs. You will also coordinate activities and outings to enhance residents' quality of life and ensure their participation in community interactions.
