Lifestyle Coordinator | BlueCare | Warana Beachwood Aged Care Facility
Make a meaningful difference with BlueCare
We’re looking for someone who wants to build meaningful relationships and make a difference in the lives of others - through small moments that leave big impacts.
About the role:
As a Lifestyle Coordinator you’ll develop and implement social and recreational activities to improve and maintain the quality of life of our residents. You’ll explore the resident’s interests and develop their skills to improve lifestyle choices and motivate them to participate in individual and group activities, assessing their responses and recording on a regular basis.
A key responsibility of this role will be to observe and record the effectiveness of the programs, by monitoring residents’ ongoing progress and adjusting the programs to any developing needs. You might also find yourself transporting residents (as requested and approved in Blue Care vehicles) on outings and attending to resident/client personal care needs as required.
We encourage our team to be creative and enjoy themselves while contributing to our success. Come join one of the most trusted community and residential care providers in Australia.
