Your role
Reporting to the Home Manager, you’ll lead a small team of lifestyle co-ordinators. You’ll work closely with your team to create interesting, tailored activity plans for every resident. You’ll take time to get to know residents and their relatives – to find out which activities or hobbies they find stimulating. You’ll also be responsible for organising outside trips for residents and involving the wider community in the home. It’s a hugely varied role that’s both challenging and rewarding. With quality training and lots of support, we’ll help you make a big success of it.
