WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Designing and delivering vibrant, personalised activity programmes that reflect the hobbies, interests, and abilities of each resident
• Inspiring the team to bring creativity and warmth to every interaction
• Organising seasonal events, themed days, and outings that keep our home connected to the wider community
• Encouraging participation, boosting confidence, and fostering genuine friendships
• Working closely with residents, their families, and the wider care team to take a whole-person approach to wellbeing
