Job Description Develop and implement innovative spa treatments, wellness programs, and recreational activities that align with current industry trends and guest preference. Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa and recreation facilities, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance Create and execute marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase revenue Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare budgets, and implement cost-control measures. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Collaborate with other departments to create integrated wellness experiences for guests. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve spa and recreation offerings. Additional Information experience is an asset Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
