Are you passionate about dining and hospitality? Do you thrive in a dynamic and festive environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Temp Lifestyle Manager to join our UK Dining Team for the busy festive period.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



    • Serve as the first point of contact for our dining team, providing exceptional support and ensuring smooth operations.

    • Manage and execute dining reservations for clients, ensuring outstanding service and attention to detail.
    • Provide personalized dining recommendations based on client preferences, dietary restrictions, and local culinary trends.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key restaurants and culinary partners to facilitate bookings and access exclusive experiences.
    • Handle any queries or issues related to dining reservations to ensure member satisfaction.
    • Gather and act on feedback from members to continuously improve the dining experience offered.
    • Conduct research to stay informed about new restaurants, trends, and culinary events to provide our members with the best options.
    • Track and report dining-related metrics to assess satisfaction levels and overall service quality.
    • Occasionally support cross-department teams in the ticket division with receiving requests.
    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Maintain high standards of customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
