POSITION SUMMARY

The Lifestyle Planning Consultant is a hybrid role combining relationship-based membership sales, member engagement planning, and administrative support. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, organizing details, and being part of a high-performing, member-focused team.
Note: This is not a commission-based sales role. We are looking for service-minded professionals, not high-pressure closers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, recreation, wellness, customer service, or member services
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Warm, engaging interpersonal style with a genuine interest in helping others
  • Comfortable with basic reporting, scheduling systems, and CRM platforms (e.g., Excel, Jonas, Mindbody, or similar)
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
