Are you eager to learn all the ins and outs of Marketing a global and growing art-inspired lifestyle hotel brand? We are looking for a creative, fast learner who is especially passionate about all things content, social media, design, the hotel guest journey and restaurants and bars, and is excited to bring their ideas to the table.

• You will be providing ongoing support to the PR & Marketing Manager – art’otel Europe with a particular focus on art’otel Amsterdam and all it entails, as well as supporting with new hotel openings and newly opened hotels across continental Europe, including Croatia, Germany and Italy. Your role will include but not be limited to the following:
• Ensure all teams are up-to-date on latest city and hotel events, happenings and industry trends
• Designing & printing of collateral to promote hotels, restaurants, bars, events, or to enhance the guest experience.
• Content creation for hotels, restaurants, bars, events
• Support where necessary with management of social media accounts
• Support with organization of PR visits for hotels, restaurants & bars
• Website updates for hotels, restaurants and bars
• Support with logistics for new art exhibitions, exciting events & seasonal promotions
• Support in compiling PR & Marketing reports for stakeholder meetings
• Support with email marketing campaigns
• Support with Internal communications to get the business excited about what we are doing
• Ensure our content drives & online portals are efficiently organized and up to date
• You will learn & own systems including Upmail, Oaky & Yext to ensure our guests are always up to date too!
• Support in ensuring our 3rd party online listings are up to date
• Support overall marketing team efforts with ongoing admin support
