Job Description JOB DETAILS BUSINESS UNIT: Operations - Clinical Support DATE OF JOB PROFILE: 4 March 2026 FAIS: No KEY OUTCOMES (not limited to) Level 4 and 5 process elements KEY RESPONSIBILTIES Lead end-to-end project implementation within the EAP and wellness portfolio. Develop business requirements specifications (BRS) for new initiatives, platforms, and service enhancements. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (clinical, operations, IT, marketing, finance and others). Monitor SLA adherence, utilisation trends, and service quality matrix. Analyse data to identify improvement opportunities and drive evidence-based decisions. Manage third-party provider relationships and ensure contractual compliance. Support the development and enhancement of digital access channels. Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Relevant qualification with experience in project management and/or business analysis. 3 – 5 years’ experience in project management within EAP, healthcare or wellness environment. Strong understanding of the operational workings of the EAP environment. Experience drafting BRS and working with IT development teams. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
