The primary role of the Lifestyle Supervisor is to increase an awareness Lifestyle, Recreation and Wellness activities for our guests. Inspire and motivate guests towards participating is a simple or complex program of Lifestyle Activities. The Lifestyle Supervisor must connect with guests on a personal level and gently educate them on our various lifestyle activities such as Yoga, Tai Chi, Zumba, Aerobics, Tennis, Fitness and Nutrition as well as Teen and Kids events. Often guests come and go from our resort without knowing about our activities. Now with the Lifestyle Supervisor, guests should leave with a very good feeling of our services, Lifestyle, Recreation and Wellness activities offerings and have met and been guided by the Lifestyle Supervisor and Team in some way. The role must not be gym focused but more guests focused. Meeting guests in the Front Office, upon arrival to the Resort, at classes, the tennis court and in the gym. In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by your superior based upon the particular requirements of the Company. The Lifestyle Supervisor role is to enhance the guest experience. Secondly comes the revenue generation as a result of increasing participation in Lifestyle, Recreation and Wellness activities. Last but not least, Lifestyle Supervisor is the element, which supports the physical activities.
