Your Role

You will be committed in supporting our clients to live and age well in their own home. While no two days are the same, some of the key factors in your workday may include:

• Personal Care: showering, dressing, medication, continence care 
• Domestic assistance: Meal preparation, laundry, light household cleaning 
• Social Support/Transportation: travelling to medical appointments, community access, providing companionship 
• Assisting with aids: frames, wheelchairs, hoists, slide sheets, hearing aids, etc
• Monitoring the overall wellbeing of clients, recognising and reporting change with a client appropriately
