We are seeking an enthusiastic Service Manager, Lifestyles Services (Home & Community) to oversee high‑quality supports for adults with disability across our Greater Western Sydney group homes and community‑based programs. About the Role Based at our Prairiewood Centre, your days will be spent on site with clients and staff across CPA’s Western Sydney group homes, ensuring strong visibility, connection, and hands‑on leadership. You will manage a team of around 25 Disability Support Practitioners, supporting 29 clients living in CPA homes across Guildford, Chester Hill, Merrylands, Casula, Blacktown, Rooty Hill, and Ashfield. Reporting to the Lifestyles Senior Manager, you will lead teams of Disability Support Practitioners to deliver engaging, inclusive, and goal‑aligned supports in both home and community settings. You will be responsible for the full operational management of the service, “ensuring supports are engaging, inclusive, and aligned with client goals.” You will work closely with the Lifestyles GWS Leadership team, playing a pivotal role in reviewing existing services, driving continuous improvement, and shaping future opportunities across the Lifestyles portfolio. Key Responsibilities Service & Program Leadership Oversee the delivery of Lifestyles services across group homes and community programs! Ensure supports meet quality, safety, and compliance standards! Review and enhance existing services, driving continuous improvement! Identify opportunities for service growth and innovation! People Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and support Disability Support Practitioners Build a positive, collaborative, high‑performing team culture! Provide coaching, guidance, and support with decision‑making! Support staff development through training, supervision, and reflective practice! Client, Family & Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with clients, families, guardians, and external partners! Champion a person‑centred, family‑inclusive approach Communicate clearly and professionally across all levels! Operational & Business Management Manage rostering, budgets, incident reporting, and administrative processes! Ensure compliance with organisational training and regulatory requirements! Maintain smooth day‑to‑day operations and support effective service delivery! About You You are a confident, resilient, and forward‑thinking leader who brings both heart and strategy to your work. You understand the disability sector, value active support, and are passionate about empowering people to live meaningful, self‑directed lives. What You Will Bring Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar client service management role At least 5 years’ experience in the disability sector Energetic, resilient, and solutions‑focused mindset Demonstrated leadership experience with strong decision‑making skills. Experience mentoring, training, and developing staff. Ability to collaborate effectively and work towards shared goals. Strong understanding of active support and person‑centred practice Excellent communication, administration, and digital skills Deep understanding of the rights of people with disability Current driver’s licence and ability to travel across Greater Western Sydney Why Join Us?
