Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Lift Engineer focused on annual inspections, you will play a key role in upholding elevator system safety and performance. Your work ensures compliance with regulatory standards while protecting the daily lives of thousands of users.

  • Position : Lift Engineer – Annual Inspection
  • Employment Type : Full-Time
  • Location : Kaki Bukit / Ubi (Office-based with regular site visits)
  • Working Hours : Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.
  • Salary Range : $3,500 – $5,500 per month (commensurate with experience and technical assessment)
  • Bonus Rewards : 13th-month bonus and performance-based variable bonus

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Plan and conduct annual inspections, including Full Load and Brake Tests, in accordance with local regulations
  • Develop, update, and implement inspection procedures and testing standards to ensure consistent quality
  • Coordinate inspection schedules and manage manpower deployment across multiple islandwide sites
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to confirm schedules and resolve on-site challenges
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues identified during inspections, and recommend corrective actions
  • Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation for audit purposes
  • Contribute to the refinement of SOPs and promote best practices within the team
