LIFT ENGINEER SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Basic Salary £45,000 - £55,000 DOE
  • 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday working hours
  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Company Van provided (Business use only)
  • Fuel & Parking paid
  • 1 in 3 call out rota (17:00 Monday to 08:00 following Monday) - £220 retainer paid for on call
  • Call out payments - £70 per call weekdays, £90 weekends & Bank Holidays
  • Must work an additional Saturday per month for servicing work (this will be paid at overtime rates)
  • Overtime paid at 1.3x/1.5x
  • Company Uniform & PPE provided
  • Phone & PDA provided

LIFT ENGINEER JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 standard
  • Minimum of 4/5 years industry experience
  • Live within a commutable distance of Central London
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities

We are delighted to be working with a highly regarded and well-established independent lift company based in Kent. Our client specialises in maintenance, service, repairs and new installations, with the majority of work carried out within the M25. Due to continued growth, our client is now seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join their expanding team.
The Lift Engineer will be expected to maintain & service lifts in Private Hospitals, Offices & High-End residential properties throughout London & the surrounding areas. The Lift Engineer will hold an NVQ Level 3 as a minimum and should hold a minimum of 4/5 years’ experience in the sector.
