Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Lift Mechanic to join our team and ensure the safe and efficient operation of all ski lifts for the winter of 2024-25. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance on ski lifts according to industry and manufacturer recommendations, including line machinery repairs, hydraulic part maintenance, and electrical work. The role involves conducting non-destructive testing of welds on chair parts and grips, as well as assisting with terminal repairs and inspections. Additionally, the Lift Mechanic will be responsible for understanding the full operation of each lift, including transfer to auxiliary power when needed, and training lift operations staff during the winter ski season. The ideal candidate will assist the Lift Maintenance Director with major lift repairs and projects, coordinate work projects based on annual maintenance needs, and contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Safety is paramount, so the Lift Mechanic must follow and comply with all resort safety rules and use appropriate safety equipment at all times.

Responsibilities
