Pay Rate: $16-$20/hour depending on experience

About the Role: We’re looking for a reliable, safety-first, snow-loving leader to supervise lift operations at Maple Ski Ridge. As Lift Operations Supervisor, you’ll ensure our guests get uphill safely and efficiently — and have fun doing it! You’ll lead a team of operators and attendants, maintain compliance with safety regulations, and work closely with other departments to keep our mountain running smoothly. This is a full-time, seasonal role from November 15 to March 15, with potential for year-round employment.
What You’ll Be Doing

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18yearsold.
• Prior ski lift operation and leadership experience required.
• Working knowledge of ski lift safety procedures.
• Skiing or snowboarding experience preferred for terrain access.
• Strong communication, decisionmaking, and reasoning skills.
