JOB SUMMARY
As a Lift Operations Crew Lead, you will report to the Mountain Operations Duty Manager and Lift Operations Crew Supervisor. You assist in the daily operations of the Winter Lift Crew. You are responsible for break coverage, assisting with snow removal and ramp maintenance, supporting lift operations staff and any other assigned tasks. You are a key and important member of the Mountain Operations team, ensuring a safe and exceptional experience for all lift operators on your assigned crew as well as all mountain guests.

This position assists in the supervision of the Lift Operations Crew alongside the Lift Operations Supervisors and Mountain Operations Duty Manager.
