LIFT SUPERVISOR / SLINGER / SIGNALLER – WORCESTER (SEVERN TRENT PROJECT)

Pay Rate: Up to £27.50 per hour

Our client, a leading UK construction company, is seeking an experienced Lift Supervisor / Slinger Signaller to join a major Severn Trent infrastructure project in Worcester.
This is a long-term role offering competitive pay and stability.

REQUIREMENTS

• SMSTS or SSSTS certification (essential).
• Valid CPCS Lift Supervisor and/or Slinger/Signaller ticket.
• Proven experience working on large civils or infrastructure projects.
• Experience within wastewater or sewage treatment projects (desirable).

• Supervise and oversee all lifting operations on site.
• Ensure lifts are carried out safely and in line with lifting plans.
• Sling and signal loads, directing crane operators using recognised hand signals and/or radio comms.
• Coordinate with site management, crane operators, and lifting teams.
• Maintain the highest safety standards and stop operations if unsafe conditions arise.
