JOB HIGHLIGHTS

  • Office Location: West Singapore - Near Jurong East MRT (NS1/EW24)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Salary Range: S$2,300 – S$3,000/month + AWS (13th month) and performance-based bonus
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM

  • Bonuses & Allowances: AWS, performance bonus, transport/mobility allowance (subject to role requirements), additional allowances as approved

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred; entry-level candidates with NITEC in Vertical Transportation or Mechanical Engineering are welcome
  • Understanding of lift/escalator systems and safety maintenance practices
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Physically fit to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various outdoor conditions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on elevators and escalators

  • Carry out standby duties as assigned
  • Adhere to safety procedures and use tools/equipment responsibly
  • Assist during inspections conducted by regulatory bodies (e.g., BCA, FSB)
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
  • Support investigations into equipment incidents or damage
  • Follow up on QA/QC issues and report matters to supervisors
  • Perform ad hoc duties aligned with departmental goals
