JOB HIGHLIGHTS

• Salary Range: S$2,300 – S$3,000/month + AWS (13th month) and performance-based bonus

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred; entry-level candidates with NITEC in Vertical Transportation or Mechanical Engineering are welcome
• Understanding of lift/escalator systems and safety maintenance practices
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Physically fit to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various outdoor conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team

ABOUT THE ROLE

The company is seeking a Lift Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on elevators and escalators across Singapore. This hands-on role involves breakdown response, standby duties, inspection support, and adherence to safety and quality standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on elevators and escalators
• Respond to breakdowns, troubleshoot, and repair equipment
• Carry out standby duties as assigned
• Adhere to safety procedures and use tools/equipment responsibly
• Assist during inspections conducted by regulatory bodies (e.g., BCA, FSB)
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Support investigations into equipment incidents or damage
• Follow up on QA/QC issues and report matters to supervisors
• Perform ad hoc duties aligned with departmental goals
