The Ohio Art Company is seeking a skilled Lift Truck Driver to support our Shipping & Receiving operations within a fast-paced lithography and metal packaging environment. This role is critical to ensuring materials and finished goods move safely, accurately, and on time throughout the facility and out to customers- and that incoming and outgoing drivers are supported efficiently at the dock. If you’re an experienced operator who takes pride in precision, safety, and keeping operations flowing—this is a strong opportunity to join a stable, growing manufacturer. Requirements What You’ll Do Safely operate lift trucks to move raw materials, printed sheets, and finished metal packaging products Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments with accuracy and care Interact directly with truck drivers to coordinate loading/unloading, verify shipments, and ensure timely turnaround at the dock Supply production lines (including lithography and can-making areas) with materials as needed Stage, store, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations Perform shipping and receiving transactions, verifying counts and documentation Inspect materials and shipments for damage or discrepancies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols What We’re Looking For 1–3+ years of lift truck / forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting Strong understanding of shipping & receiving processes Comfortable working with truck drivers, coordinating loads, and communicating clearly Experience supporting production environments (metal, packaging, printing, or similar preferred) Ability to safely handle metal materials and finished goods High attention to detail and accuracy with inventory and shipments Reliable work history and strong attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment Schedule & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Comprehensive benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision FREE Life Insurance Paid Vacation + 11 Paid Holidays Profit-Sharing Opportunities 401(k) with guaranteed 4.5% company contribution + match Why Join Ohio Art?
