Job Description Light Duty Cleaner Position available in Guelph. Must have valid drivers license. Evening Light Duty cleaning Monday to Friday. Late afternoon start. Duties and Responsibilities The following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities of this job. The tasks and the time spent performing each task may vary as business needs require. ServiceMaster Clean maintains the right to modify job duties and responsibilities at its discretion. General dusting, vacuuming, mopping Cleaning of washrooms, refilling dispensers Emptying garbage and recycling Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces Spot Cleaning of walls and glass Sanitizing touchpoints Additional tasks as requested Establish positive rapport with clients when possible Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies QUALIFICATIONS Communicate in English both written and verbally Strong attention to detail Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings Works well independently and in a team environment Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial WORKING CONDITIONS There is a low risk of exposure to adverse working conditions. However, at this time with the COVID 19 Pandemic extra cleaning precautions are taken and required.
Responsibilities
The cleaner is responsible for general maintenance tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing washrooms and touchpoints. They must also ensure high service standards and maintain positive rapport with clients while adhering to safety policies.
