REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to spend extended periods of standing, lifting up to 30 lbs, and repetitive tasks.
• Soldering skills and basic LED and electrical knowledge is a plus.

• Assemble LED light fixtures using hand tools.
• Assembly and prep tasks (including but not limited to sanding, drilling, and filing raw materials).
• Package light fixtures for shipping
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Ensure that daily production and quality targets are met.
