Merchology seeks a Post-Production Associate for our Operations team. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Post-Production Associate is a critical role that will ensure Merchology products are professionally and purposefully shipped to the satisfaction of our domestic and international customers. Second Shift: 6 AM - 2:30 PM PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES A successful Post-Production Associate will: Take ownership and accountability for all safety and quality incidents within your area of responsibility. Be responsible for batch, domestic, and international shipping of customer orders. Communicate via email and HubSpot with customer service and other departments to troubleshoot order issues. Create shipping and fulfillment transactions for returns to suppliers and vendors. Troubleshoot customer returns for wrong address, missed decoration, or cancellations. Assist with post production and shipping functions as needed.
