Working in a dynamic FIFO environment, you’ll play a key role in keeping a critical fleet safe, reliable, and site ready. You’ll be hands-on servicing and maintaining a diverse range of vehicles and equipment including light vehicles, minibuses, forklifts, and site assets. Your day will involve fault finding, responding to breakdowns, and completing planned maintenance to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll also maintain accurate records in MSD, manage parts and inventory, and ensure tools and workshop equipment are always in top working order. About You • Trade qualified LV Mechanic (Motor Mechanic) • Valid Driver’s Licence (C Class or HR preferred) • White Card • Working at Heights, EWP or Tyre Fitting (desirable) • Experience working with light vehicle fleets, diagnostics & repairs • Ability to work independently and priorities tasks About Energy & Utilities Downer's Energy & Utilities business unit is an integrated trans-Tasman team, providing services and solutions that connect communities to essential networks and infrastructure.
