  • Manage the day-to-day operations of The Lighthouse, ensuring efficiency and high standards of patient care.
  • Lead and support non-clinical teams to provide high-quality administrative services.
  • Monitor and report on patient care, ensuring compliance with national and local targets.
  • Drive service improvement initiatives, including Quality, Efficiency & Productivity Programme, CQUIN targets, and National Health programmes.
  • Support performance targets in activity, governance, workforce, and other key areas.
  • Work closely with Clinical Leads to provide strategic leadership and direction for service improvement.
  • Oversee patient complaints investigations, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Manage financial budgets, identify cost-saving measures, and explore revenue generation opportunities.
  • Represent the Division at meetings, ensuring key outcomes are communicated effectively.
  • Deputise for the Operations Manager where required.
