Requirements What You Bring • Strong understanding of how lighting integrates with architecture, interiors, landscape, and construction. • Ability to communicate lighting concepts clearly through diagrams, graphics, and written documentation. • Knowledge of lighting technologies, controls, daylighting strategies, and energy performance. • Experience with lighting design software such as AGi32, Dialux, Visual, or similar tools. • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across disciplines and offices. • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and budget expectations. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Lighting Design, Electrical Engineering, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Theater Design, or related field. • 6+ years of professional lighting design experience in the A/E/C industry. • Experience with a range of project types including education, healthcare, and civic environments. • Proficiency with Revit documentation and Bluebeam preferred. • Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus. • Professional certifications (CLD, LC, LEED AP, WELL AP) a plus.
