Lighting Designer / Engineer . This role is pivotal in bringing customers’ visions to life through stunning lighting effects for live events like awards shows, product launches, concerts and conferences. The Design & Lighting Programmer will coordinate with clients during the design development process and manage the onsite design of events, including generating lighting design layouts and event styling.
Key responsibilities include facilitating installation details, managing a team, and providing essential support by handling production needs, drafting, and assisting in onsite design work. The candidate will also assist technicians with staff scheduling and maintain high standards.
The candidate must excel under tight deadlines while producing top-quality work. Additionally, the role involves programming consoles for show runs, maintaining and testing all lighting equipment before the show to ensure everything is in perfect working order.
