JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Lighting Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of lighting design principles and have experience in various design software. We are specifically looking for Lighting Designers for Live Events

EXPERIENCE

• Proficiency in design software including SketchUp, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Grasshopper 3D, Rhinoceros 3D, ArchiCAD, Revit, MicroStation, SolidWorks is highly desirable.
• Strong background in drafting and creating schematics for lighting systems.
• Experience in construction documentation and system design is preferred.
• Familiarity with graphic design principles and 2D animation can be advantageous.
• Knowledge of interior design concepts will enhance collaboration with other design professionals.

• Develop lighting concepts and designs for various projects, including residential, commercial, and theatrical spaces.
• Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit to create detailed lighting plans and schematics.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate lighting designs into overall project plans.
• Conduct site visits to assess lighting needs and ensure designs are implemented correctly.
• Prepare documentation for lighting systems, including specifications, schedules, and installation details.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in lighting technology to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
• Provide support during the construction phase by reviewing shop drawings and coordinating with contractors.
