What You’ll Do: Read design/plans and coordinate with initial estimator/operations manager Communicate on behalf of Nitelites with GC’s, homeowners, business owners, and superintendents on job sites. Relay any information on schedules, changes, adds with operations manager and/or GM Work well with others to meet deadlines Manage quality and execution on each job. We are elite in our industry and extremely thorough in ensuring a clean beautiful install from start to finish Ensure safety of self and others Problem Solving abilities to maintain efficiency and meet desired profit margins. Lift 75 lbs + Comfortable with 30+ foot heights Keep inventory of materials used on installs General knowledge on different drills and tools (core drills, wire locator, trencher, lift) What You Need: Previous low voltage experience Ability to find solutions and problem solve Reliable and detail oriented Strong organizational skills Great time management Able to read blueprints and legends Electrical knowledge Lead and train apprentices Why RallyX?
