THE ROLE

As Sales Consultant you will work in our amazing showroom and deal directly with homeowners, designers and contractors to understand their needs and recommend suitable lighting solutions. You will be an integral part of our Mclaren Lighting Team. Previous knowledge in lighting is not required as we will provide you with the training and support you will need to be able to sell our products with confidence and enthusiasm.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Great customer service. Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Create quotes and specification packages for customers and follow up with customers
• Maintain detailed and organized records of quotes, sales and customer requests
• Process and fulfill orders ensuring products are delivered to customers on time
• Provide post order support inquiries such as status, back order inquiries, returns and refunds
• Show willingness to learn Mclaren Lighting products on an ongoing basis as the industry is always changing.
