What You’ll Do * Support project teams with day-to-day coordination and documentation * Complete and submit UL inspection forms and required compliance paperwork * Track submittals, revisions (R&Rs), and project documentation * Assist with preparing and organizing spec sheets and project files * Complete and submit safety documentation including AHAs, JHAs, and fall protection plans * Attend project launches and support field teams as needed * Communicate with customers, GCs, and internal teams to keep projects moving * Help ensure projects stay organized, compliant, and on schedule What You Bring * 1+ year of construction experience or strong interest in the construction industry * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines * Comfortable working with documentation, forms, and project tracking * Strong communication skills - both written and verbal * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Procore is a plus) * OSHA 10 (preferred, or willingness to obtain) What You Get *  $22–$24/hour based on experience * Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance * 401(k) with company match * Travel opportunities and field exposure * Hands-on training and clear career growth path * Zero-Harm Safety Culture—safety is our top priority * Company swag + team events Ready to Take the Next Step?
