Promote available units and amenities via online platforms, signage, and outreach. Explain lease terms, application requirements, and pricing. Processes and maintains accurate resident files. Works closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed. Processes re-certifications, renewals, and assists with retention efforts. Understand and communicate lease provisions and community policies to new and current residents. Assists applicant with the application process, including all LIHTC paperwork. Assist Property Manager with annual recertifications. Creates and updates waitlist. Completes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager. Ensuring resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive issue resolution. Conduct move-in/move-out inspections with residents. Qualifications Strong understanding of LIHTC regulations, income limits, and compliance rules. - Required Bilingual (English and Spanish) - Preferred Knowledge of Property Management software: Yardi - Preferred Knowledge of affordable housing/government programs Excellent customer service: someone who can navigate all types of situations Attention to detail Understands and complies with state landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing laws and OSHA Knowledge of Excel, Word Document, and Outlook Works well under pressure and maintains a positive friendly attitude Strong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels Additional Information Reserve at Castle Highlands - 200 Units $22-$24/hour Monday-Friday, 8a to 5p; some Saturdays or evenings for special events The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
