Overview:
A restaurant chef is a skilled culinary professional responsible for creating, preparing, and overseeing the presentation of dishes in a restaurant kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
• Responsible for all food preparation for production and banquet functions.
• Assists Executive Chef in planning menu.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to five years’ experience in similar production environment.
• Training in food preparation required.

Posted Salary Range: USD $65,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr
