Responsibilities
  • Support the team members and customer-facing roles (e.g., Account Managers, Technical Quality Managers, Enterprise Architects) within their customer engagements with operational tasks
  • Assist in the preparation of internal and external presentations, reports, and meetings
  • Perform research, data analysis, and documentation to support decision-making
  • Help coordinate communications and information flow within the Customer Engagement Advisory team and with stakeholders across regions
  • Contribute to ongoing strategic initiatives (e.g., process optimization, data quality improvements, tool development)
