REQUIREMENTS:

• Drivers license and clean drivers abstract
• Strong customer service skills
• Automotive experience is an asset

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Lincoln Concierge will provide customer service to all Lincoln customers and be responsible for organizing all Lincoln vehicles that come into the Service department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

• Courteously greet and welcome all Lincoln customers and answer any customer inquiries.
• Liaison with the Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure the completion of each Lincoln vehicle.
• Coordinate appointment bookings with the Service Technicians.
• Organize and coordinate with delivery of new Lincolns to clients when necessary.
• Ensure that each Lincoln vehicle meets all quality standards prior to customer delivery.
