WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Solid understanding of electrical systems, A/C, brakes, and front-end work
  • ASE and Ford / Lincoln certifications are a big plus (and we’ll help you get them if you don’t have them yet)
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • A professional work ethic, reliability, and personal integrity
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a high-performing team
  • A problem-solver mindset with strong follow-through

  • Diesel engine repair: 3 years (Preferred)
  • EV Repair and Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
