Job Responsibilities Service Planning & Coordination Support the Line Manager in collaborating with Commercial, Logistics, Cargo Flow teams, and regional offices to define goals and targets for services under the assigned portfolio. Participate in cargo planning and allocation setup for each vessel. Coordinate with agencies to optimize loading plans through analysis of booking status and performance metrics. Operational Involvement Engage in day-to-day operational activities of the shipping line. Assist in evaluating proposals for service improvements and provide data-driven insights for ad-hoc case resolutions. Conduct P&L simulations for new service feasibility studies. Sales & Performance Analysis Assist in the development and setup of quarterly sales targets in CRM. Maintain and update analysis working files, costing sheets, and NOR tables. Prepare and analyze weekly forecasts and performance reports. Reporting & Documentation Generate monthly voyage P&L reports and cargo planning reports. Compile weekly market and performance updates. Monitor and report on market service changes and schedule updates. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Management, or a related discipline. Prior experience in the shipping industry is preferred. Experience in sales or marketing with a strong focus on data and performance metrics is a plus. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent abilities in managing time effectively, with a proven track record of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Experienced in data analysis by using business intelligent application and software. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese (Mandarin will be an advantage). Self-motivated fast learner, a problem-solver with a growth mindset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
