SUMMARY

As a Line Chef, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team, responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Reporting to the Head Chef & Kitchen Manager, you will utilize your core skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety to ensure that every meal meets our standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in food preparation and culinary techniques not essential
  • Strong kitchen experience with a focus on food safety standards
  • Familiarity with catering and meal preparation processes
  • Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent serving skills and customer service orientation
