Buck’s Bar Line Chef.
We’re on the search for Buck’s kitchen team members for Buck’s Bar Hanover St.
The role of a Buck’s kitchen line cook is to produce the best fried chicken in Edinburgh!
We offer full time positions, and no previous experience is required, just show us that you’re brimming with passion and willing to learn and we will teach you the rest.
We’re not looking for years of experience – just real people who are up for getting stuck in, making a difference for our guests and being part of our awesome team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients as directed by senior chefs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring all food safety standards are met.
  • Support meal preparation and plating for service, ensuring timely delivery of dishes.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and effective communication.
  • Participate in catering events as needed, contributing to a positive dining experience for guests.
