JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management, with experience in fine dining or catering environments. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring food safety standards are met, and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or in other kitchen roles within the food industry
  • Banquet experience is preferred but not required
  • Supervising experience is a plus, with demonstrated leadership skills
  • Familiarity with dietary department operations and food service management
  • Strong background in cooking techniques, food handling, and safety protocols
  • Experience in restaurant management or catering is highly desirable
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on inventory control and menu planning
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
