Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality dishes to company standards
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
  • Follow food hygiene and safety regulations at all times
  • Contribute to menu development and bring creative ideas to the table
  • Support and train junior team members where needed
  • Manage stock levels and minimise waste
