We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
  • Previous experience in supervising or managing kitchen teams is advantageous
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences
  • Culinary qualifications or relevant training is preferred but not essential

  • Monitor food production processes to ensure quality and consistency
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices
