Here’s what you’d be responsible for: * Preparation, production, and presentation of food items * Operation of standard commercial kitchen equipment * Set up, cleaning, sanitation, and closing of workstations and kitchen * Accurate testing of prepared food items to ensure proper temperature and quality * Labeling and dating products to ensure food safety and quality  * General cleaning duties of area and equipment Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. One year experience in food service preparation preferred. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and have the ability to withstand repetitive reaching and bending. Responsible handling of hot equipment, sharp objects, and navigating wet floors required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push a cart weighing up to 150 lbs. required. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours required.
