  Tucker's is hiring for immediate openings in our Merrimack store. Tucker's offers an amazing work environment, a great schedule (out by 3:30pm daily), plenty of hours and OT if desired, Paid Time Off, Health and Dental Insurance, and a 401k with Company match. We also offer free uniforms and swag, and free food during your shift. We are looking for Full Line Cooks. Starting Pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour based on experience. Weekend's are a MUST. Come see what we are all about!!  At Tucker's, our Line Cooks will have the ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment without losing composure. Possess a strong knowledge of professional cooking practice, including handling knifes and ensuring safety of food, team members, and customers. He/she must have a strong knowledge of recipes to be able to prepare varieties of food using different methods. Possess knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and processes relating to food preparation and safety. The line cook must be able to pass ideas and information clearly to colleagues, food servers, customers, and management without being misunderstood.  The cook must be able to analyze several contending options in the course of work and make the best decision as quickly as possible.
Responsibilities
Line Cooks are responsible for preparing a variety of foods using different methods while adhering to strong knowledge of professional cooking practices and safety standards. They must also maintain clear communication with team members and management regarding food preparation and processes.
