POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated Cook to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the culinary identity of a farm-to-table restaurant from the ground up. With no executive chef, our cooks are leaders, collaborators, and stewards of the land. You’ll work directly with farmers, cider makers, and fellow cooks to create a menu that evolves with the seasons and celebrates the harvest.
