We pride ourselves on scratch-made, elevated bar food using local and seasonal ingredients. As part of a growing culinary operation, our cooks are key players in delivering high-quality food in a fun, fast-paced environment. Job Summary: We are seeking passionate, dependable, and skilled cooks to join our culinary team. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in kitchen operations, with the ability to learn, grow, and support various stations as needed. Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines. * Work efficiently and cleanly on the assigned station, including pantry, fry, grill, or sauté. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils. * Follow all food safety and hygiene standards. * Receive and store deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and labeling of products. * Communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and leadership. * Support other stations and assist teammates as needed during busy service periods. * Be punctual, prepared, and ready to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Qualifications: * 1–3 years of kitchen experience preferred (but not required—we’ll train the right candidate). * Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. * Ability to follow recipes, prep lists, and direction from supervisors. * Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. * Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
